I've never felt the class disparity as bad I did this recent trip
The city has separated into:
1) trust-fund bourgeoisie larps
2) run-down service class that puts up with 1's bullshit
Felt it most acutely taking the L into manhattan on Friday evening and taking the L out to queens on Sunday morning. Same train, very different people
