baby boy asked me to lay down next to his crib and hold his hand at bedtime. his tiny fingers stayed curled around mine until he was fast asleep. this is the littlest he’ll ever be, and moments like this remind me to appreciate every second, regardless of anything else happening in my life.

You should hold hands a lot while your kids are young!!

Because my kids are big enough now that they won't hold hands with me.

My daughter even tells me that my mommy's hands have veins floating in them￼😂
