You won't believe the absolute state of state laws. In Alabama, it's illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket. In Vermont, you need permission from your local bureaucrats to put up a clothesline. The state's incompetence knows no bounds - they can't even repeal their own idiotic laws.
