1. Asking yourself, "How do we scale?" is a pointless waste of brainpower. Because "scaling" as such doesn't actually exist 😮 Instead, there are two other goals—ones that are actually worth thinking about! 2. Let me remind you: scaling isn't just growing by "a certain percentage." It’s about growing by orders of magnitude—hundreds or thousands of times over 📈 And once you reach a certain level, you simply can't make that kind of leap with basic tactics like new features or more efficient advertising. 3. So, the conversation shouldn't be about product-level solutions, but rather solutions at the level of the entire market you're targeting. And that market scenario can only be one of two things. 4. Option one: snatch a significant share of an already large market from current players. So, two questions to consider: 1) "Which category of players can we take customers from?" and 2) "How?" Then, go ahead and try to pry those customers away 😉
