To hell with your flaws. What's important is something else!
1. Peter Thiel once said that Steve Jobs became successful not because he was a huge asshole, but in spite of it 🤣 Which is a very useful conclusion.
2. All memoirs about Jobs say he loved to yell at employees, was arrogant, and was a completely terrible manager.
3. However, he came up with such brilliant ideas that they not only compensated for, but far outweighed these shortcomings.
4. Every person is made up of strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, the key question is not how strong your weaknesses are, but how much your strengths outweigh them! ✌️
