My summers mostly pass with eating fruits, as the intense heat often takes away my appetite for heavier meals.
But when I reach the trees I’ve cared for throughout the year, it’s as if they invite me into a world of incredible flavors.

My true summer specialty is fruit flavor combinations 
like blending bananas with mangoes, or freezing watermelon and cantaloupe, then mixing them with a touch of vanilla ice cream.
It’s a winning combination that I highly recommend you try!
