these updates take GTE from a nice testnet product to one to look forward to, and use on Mainnet.

1⃣ CLOB
This stands for Central Limit Order Book and it's a trading system that allows you to set buy and sell orders at certain prices or times.

If you've ever traded Spot or Perps on a CEX, you'll know what I'm talking about.

- Full Onchain Transparency (CLOBs shows real-time order book data, which reflects market supply and demand)
- Better Pricing & Zero Slippage

❓Why is this Important
Most DEXs use only AMMs and they're 2 reasons for this

- Liquidity requirement (DEXs lack comparable liquidity to CEXs)

- Performance requirement (CLOBs require real-time performance to match buy and sell orders which DEXs lack)
GTE changes this with it's real-time performance, which gives CEX-like experience and in turns brings unlimited liquidity.

CLOBs display a list of open orders, with bids (buy orders) and asks (sell orders), allowing traders to judge the market and place limit or market orders.

AMM can't do that, on AMMs you can only makes swaps based on available liquidity in pools.
