🔵The US dollar typically moves closely with bond yields. ⬅️So, when yields rise, the dollar is expected to strengthen as well. 🔷But for the first time in years, this relationship is beginning to break. 🔷This suggests one of two things: Either interest rates need to rise further to support the dollar's stability, ⬅️or the dollar is at risk of a deeper and more real collapse.
