3yos breakfast Okayu, natto, boiled egg, vinegar and citrus daikon and cucumber sunomono, lightly fried carrot I don’t really know what I’m doing tbh, but rule of thumb is that the more veggie colors, the better. And some kind of carb, protein, and fat. Also fermented stuff is good for you.
