if you are willing to pay extra for future proofing I would go for the MacStudio + StudioDisplay, but wait until they refresh the current M2 offering.
if you can't wait, go for a Mac mini.
if you are not moving a lot and work on it everyday, a laptop does not make sense, you will end up using it like a desktop (external display and keyboard)
