I realized my artworks tend to be slightly emo/dark.
It’s been this way since college (maybe something snapped then lol).
In high school my stuff was not as dark.
Sometimes I do want to pivot away from that overwhelming sadness, but I’m still drawn to that melancholic grace.
Sharing my thoughts as a reminder.
