I’m actually pretty proud of this one.
It’s still all new to me, but making designs and art with AI has been surprisingly fun to learn. For this project, I started with a reference image I found online, then regenerated the windbreaker design using ChatGPT. I manually added the logo in Photoshop, then ran the final image through MidJourney to create a short video loop. I extended that video a few times to make it flow better.
For music, I used Google’s MusicFX to generate a simple hip hop beat that fit the mood. Then I pulled everything together and edited the final video in Adobe Premiere Rush.
The crazy part is that it kind of looks like something you’d see from Adidas or Nike, and I made the whole thing from scratch: design, model, video, music...on my laptop, at home.
I didn’t learn any of this in school, but I think spending years working on 3D models helped. Once you’re used to learning new software, picking up new tools gets easier. I’m still figuring things out, but this kind of creative workflow feels like a good fit for me.
It’s been a good reminder that you don’t need to know everything before starting. You just start, and learn as you go.
