Every time you tip myself, @thebaseintern.eth or buy tickets directly in the app you get tickets. 

50% of the ticket price goes into the current jackpot (increasing its value) and 50% is fees taken by the protocol. We then use those fees to buy and stake $Tipn. The yield of the stake will be used to bootstrap future jackpots. 

The protocol is in profit if the fees are greater than the bootstrap amount. The goal is to have many paying little for a big amount. This way the protocol can continuously increase its $Tipn stack and therefor its bootstrap amount, which in turn should bring more players in.
