personally i feel like the FuelVM is the way to go, as they took the best from the EVM and tried to improve it

Thanks for the insights. Are the VM capabilities that important in the context of decentralized blockchains? 

￼I mean, even if you can produce blocks in zero time, distributed nodes still need to validate the proposed block and synchronize. 

I guess that the smart contract execution time is not the bottleneck here?
