I was featured on the latest episode of Just DAO It! 🎉
We talked about the EN2026 governance crisis, the Ethereum Foundation reorg, and why DAOs aren't dead, they haven't even arrived yet. 🔥
Some ideas that emerged:
- good governance shouldn't require a benevolent founder — it should be designed to constrain power.
- Separate capital from governance power
- Stop confusing governance with day-to-day operations
- Role-based models > token voting
- Don't "progressively decentralize" — start small & decentralized, then grow.
- AI agents, not as delegates that replace us, but as facilitators that maintain coherence, accountability & institutional memory; leaving humans as the ultimate arbiters.
