added ashwagandha rhodiola to the pill stack and also the pea protein took me like maybe 2 weeks to adjust to fart wise— idk where people find macadamia nut milk but I do love the macadamia nuts from the blueprint shop. Using coconut milk as almond milk was also making me gassy.

why what? He explains the benefits on site idk if they work I’m just trying and seeing how it goes man but honestly I think when i started trying to intentionally do this type of stuff it compounds like I eat way healthier suddenly to not make it seem useless and workout more. By all accounts I’m the most fit + wealthy I’ve ever been and improving all the time

taking vitamins in the morning isn’t living life like a list ! but structure does help create routine and in this case healthy routines are net positive
