day 2 learnings: - it’s a lot of pills (9) but honestly not bad plus with breakfast it caused no GI issues (a concern of many supplements) - a shot of olive oil with spice is actually pretty nice/smooth, tomorrow I’ll try it in coffee as suggested - I tried 2 redbulls with the longevity drink mix today (half water) and that actually did give me a lil tummy ache (after lunch), no red bull tomorrow. I want to do the nutty pudding thing but am missing some ingredients my local store doesn’t carry (pom juice)

I took out the red yeast and garlic supplement because I suspected it was causing my GI issues, and haven't had issues since stopping it. I usually make the protein with almond milk and muesli like overnight oats because I got sick of the blueberry nut mix flavor very quickly.

i'll have to try no redbull tomorrow (first day was fine), then no probiotic/fiber supp if that doesn't work (also not on first day)-- for overnight oats i do 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup fairlife milk, 1 scoop protein, flavorful amount of cinnamon, 1 scoop blueberry nut mix (i don't even taste it personally), granola on top-- and sometimes i add a little oat coffee creamer for sweetness planning to use almond milk for the shakes too
