How do you guys get your work done and also maintain friendships and relationships

I’m trying the network school out in a few more days but honestly since I started working seriously and also moving around it’s very difficult to have stable friend groups outside I.e silicon valley 

Even harder to date someone with similar interests

At this point my closest friends in this state are brother and high school buddy who lived here already + 2 farcaster buds. I also target the live/work spaces now but again it’s way different from here is a crypto society to here is a couple young people working in I.e oil/gas.
