im cutting out coffee to see what happens. background - ~10y of 2 espresso a day (300mg caffeine). - i sleep fine, avg 7.5h a day - i love coffee & look forward to it. but... - i do get headaches - i often feel lethargic - hunch it prevents deep work, just accelerates rapid ctx switching. updating this thread daily

I take regular caffeine breaks, you might want to taper down to 1/day or tea only for a week or 2, makes the first week much easier than going cold turkey for me

good to know - my plan is to taper down, 1/2 to 1/3 of normal. how long do you normally take a caffeine break for? I was thinking to try for a month. any noticeable before/after for you?
