Frames should be used as a networked voting system. By allowing for four vectors of directional vote: for/against, and open to learn/unwilling to learn, we can collect and learn how to create propositional statements with the highest degree of possible coherence, and agreement of a collective body.

By asking many questions, and using frames’s unique ability to correlate actions with real people on-chain, we may be able to achieve a simple version of a system which can scale to achieve the greatest possible policy goods for the greatest number of people.
