I agree with this - in fact, just storing assets on your chain doesn’t attract value. In many cases, you must pay for these assets to be there, which can be negative. However, my dream is that you can split up large assets like houses and valuables, and use them within DeFi for taking loans, or generating yield on-chain. I think there are some really interesting things that no one has explored yet
