Something beautiful happened today.

I went to my favorite island early in the morning. The water was calm, so I swam and floated longer than I usually do. I felt very connected to the sea, almost as if I had slipped out of place and time.

Then, I noticed a woman waving at me from the shore, pointing to something behind me. I started moving toward her, unsure of what she was trying to say.
It turns out, while I was drifting in the water, THREE stingrays had joined me and I had no idea. I didn’t see them, but thinking about it afterwards I felt their presence. 

It was my first time ever encountering stingrays.
