Why decentralization is important to blockchain? My friend give me one reason. These centralized super nodes based blockchains could be destroyed easily in wars by the enemy. Especially when huge amount of money is running on these blockchains.

For small applications, javascript is a better choice than typescript especially if your application depends on the js-native libraries. A js lib may throw any errors, but you won't know anything unless you read the its code. So mostly what you can do with these errors is catch all errors thrown by the js library.
