existing builder programs don’t cut it to build a community that sticks. based fellowship is our attempt at doing it better at /fbi a tight space for builders, with real guidance, real feedback. wrapped our edition 2 : 2 weeks, 29 fellows, deep in dharamshala building onchain, on @base. here’s how it actually went 🧵

before dharamshala, week 1 of the fellowship was fully online. pods were formed. ideas flew and everyone started building. > pods = small teams > each pod has dedicated mentor, creator and a designer. > with a curated idea board to pick & run.

why creators? > builders forget content is leverage. > we got the best creators → tagged them to pods. > they’re helping fellows tell their story, build in public and go loud.

week 2 → dharamshala. everyone flew down to dharmashala. came in as strangers who met online, never IRL, showed up to build and left as a family. some saw hills for the first time. with one motive to build onchain.
