I was away from all the stuffs especially onlines and socials yesterday and haven't recovered mentally yet but ....

To dream again is to live again.
Chaos and tension and strange disorder surround me,
but I know these past few weeks have been the busiest I’ve ever been,
and yet, I feel alive.

I don't know what to recommend, I had a period of depression, I shaved my head, grew a beard and started going to the gym with a friend

We need to calm down, don't screw yourself up

Things and plans keep getting tangled and messed up in the strangest way. 
I know none of this happens without a reason, but handling it’s getting tough for me.  
I’m feeling deep disappointment in my close relationships.
My job and skills have hit a kind of seasonal or work-related standstill, and with the costs of my life, 
it’s thrown me into a real crisis.  
And someone very close and dear to me is battling a serious illness, which just amplifies all these other issues in my mind and soul.
Do I want to give up?
Absolutely not! But my steps have gotten so heavy.
