My $tipn bag has arrived . Nerfed but still fun and enough:) Btw , why nerfed ? Do we have any parameters to being eligible, down or up the allowance also ? How can I qualify for an allocation? Do I just need to tip with USDC during the week, or do I also need to stake a certain amount of TIPN tokens?
