Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed the Bitcoin Reserve Bill SB 21 into law. The state is now the third in the US to hold Bitcoin reserves. The bill got bipartisan support and creates a state-managed fund. It only invests in cryptos with a $500B+ average market cap over 12 months. A committee will guide the fund, with reports every two years.
