gm. Last night was a trial by fire. I was watching the Neynar API usage go vertical as a flood of new users came in to test the app. You all used Reply so hard that you found the breaking points in real-time. I shipped a fix for the API limits late last night and the service should be stable again. Thank you for your patience as I worked through that. Today's #1 Priority After a few hours of sleep, I've woken up to feedback that some new users are experiencing problems with two key areas: - Initially adding the Reply mini-app. - Connecting their Telegram for notifications. A smooth onboarding experience is non-negotiable. With a fresh brain, resolving these issues for new users is now my single and only priority right now. I am pausing everything else and diving into the code. Thank you to everyone sending in bug reports. They are incredibly valuable. I'll post an update as soon as a fix is live.
