So I’ve started blocking out 1 hour each morning for “no-input thinking.”
No Twitter. No Farcaster. No articles. No calls. Just ideas.

And you know what? My best insights come from those quiet, awkward, distraction-free moments.

Then, when I show up online—I actually have something worth sharing.
