@warpcast,  kindly think on feature request for browser (please)

1. enable the frame dialog resizable or/both maximize function. width is to small for my (old) eyes, there's is lot window to make it larger.
2. dragging the dialog is a nice to have

/frames dialog desktop browser could work better if resize. if in some cases make it wider might become weird because the app was designed for that resolution other could workout better ex /paragraph
