the crust/dough is so hard 😭 my cheat code now is to buy baguette dough from bakeries in our neighborhood - not quite pizza crust but pretty similar!

yes, these "new" pizza ovens really mislead you on how easy making pizzas are - the amount of times i've fucked and burned everything because of the dough... 😵
