Food scientist here. 1g of protein is 4 cals 10g of protein is 40 cals Not even counting other stuff Sorry but it's physically impossible to have 10g protein and only 33 cals per donut. The math isn't mathing

worth noting that all protein is not created equally, also. amino acid profiles and such. 10g of gluten isn't the same as 10g of whey
