i'm one month into training full time!!!
here is my latest training diary covering the last couple of days!!
(forgive me for lack of posting i am so tired lol)
my gym progress from nov to now (3 reps)
hang cleans - 95 pounds -> 143 pounds
snatch - 66 pounds -> 110 pounds
bench - 77 pounds -> 110 pounds
hip thrust - 154 pounds -> 264 pounds
getting stronger lessgooo!!
