text based training diary
yesterday i did 30 mins bike and two rounds of a circuit
today i did a bunch of drills some accelarations and 100m tempo runs
my coach is happy with my progress
my body is feeling good and i just have some technical things to work on in my jump drills
nothing more to report apart from i have been napping alot šš¾
