despite how lowsy i felt earlier i went to the track anyway
there was a kid new to triple jump who was also practicing and getting frustrated
his coach asked me to give him some tips
so i did and his face was lighting up as he improved and he has so much joy
and idk it just reminded me the bigger picture of why i do this
i think this was a sign
