Thank you for the tips! I will try them out and hopefully they help. 

I run almost every morning, but it makes me tired, compared to the days I don't, especially in the morning. I get the memo now. Dynamic stretches before and after my run.

its called doms, its delayed onset muscle soreness 

there are micro tears in the muscle when they are used which cause the pain the next day

i would recommend doing a better warm up with dynamic stretches and warm down static stretches before and after your run!

Day 3 of body weight training and Naomi dropped this warmup routine yesterday, i just had to follow up.

You realize how perfect her lunges are when you get into it😅, those are pro athlete lunges for sure… i guess more core exercises for me lol.
