The biggest life hack I've made recently is rolling out the balls of my feet using a hard foam ball while I work at my desk. My rule is if I'm sitting at my desk, I'm rolling it under my feet (Habit stacking - see Atomic Habits book). Pretty sure I've felt tension that was years old let go a few times now. Huge change.

Read Atomic Habits. Also learned about plantar fasciitis over the past few years. If you haven’t hit that yet, get ready! I think what I’ve learned about life is that no matter how healthy I’ve tried to be, the curve balls are unavoidable.
