the sharpness of cdg's copper w/ its piercing galbanum-smoke-violet-ginger-amber has been one of my summer companions over the last week as i've pulled & enjoyed the green-green scent of weeds*, cut up beets with their dirt-sugar scent & amazing riot of deep pink-red, & baked fresh rosemary & olive bread with its salty-yeast brine. not too bad, tho perhaps a bit strange & not to the taste of all. which is fine & good, we're not designed that way & so cdg & a lil' sparkly ducky. *yes, actual weeds & i didn't even mention the kimchi...!
