1. where other smart people are
2. where they have influence over things

that can be anywhere. Zuck knows this. The whole point of this story is that he's prioritizing making that happen.

Meta is leading open source AI dev with their Llama models and platforms so there’s tons of potential if they can pull it off. The current private models are cool and powerful but you won’t have many enterprise CSOs that are going to be ok integrating with black box private LLMs.
