Tron plans to go public via a reverse merger with Nasdaq-listed SRM Entertainment, forming Tron Inc.  
The deal was brokered by Dominari Securities.  
Though Eric Trump clarified he won't hold a role in the new company,  
both Trump sons have ties to Dominari.  
They joined Dominari Holdings' advisory board, based in Trump Tower,  
receiving 750k shares (worth ~$3M initially).  
More shares could follow if milestones are hit.  
No comments from the Trumps or Dominari.
