I built a tiny GitHub Actions “Decision Gate” for builders.
Before anything irreversible runs, you explicitly choose:
PASS / DELAY / BLOCK (plus presets like phish_delay, secrets_block).
If 1 person is willing to fork + try it, reply “gate” and I’ll paste the 30-sec setup.
