Miniapp dev question If user has miniapp added but notifications disabled, is there a prompt we can give them to enable notifications? Calling addMiniApp when miniapp is already added doesnt do anything. Does user need to manage on their own within the farcaster client? https://miniapps.farcaster.xyz/docs/sdk/actions/add-miniapp
