I showed the new coinbase wallet (beta) to someone who is not deeply entrenched in crypto.
Their reaction:
So, it replaces 1) Facebook [IG, tiktok, X], 2) Apple Wallet, 3) Venmo, AND 4) the App Store? 😱
And it takes care of all the wallet complexity? 😱
And anyone will be able to access it and use it? 😱
And users still have self custody over their funds? 😱
Needless to say, they were impressed and could see how this becomes a massively adopted platform
