I do agree, as I wrote my substack on farcaster yesterday, I did worry that what I presented as a "scenius" will not apply to those who are new to the community; as I look back upon my luck and support of friends like you, I fear that it is not replicable by those who are new.

“Appalling treatment of human beings” seems a bit dramatic 

Its definitely much much harder to break in right now but I think its bc we are bringing expectations of mature platforms (TikTok, IG etc) here and there’s still a ton to be built here…

Its like an in between moment/ too many people to break in, not mature for discoverability 

Merkle only just recently hired their first designer / non engineer role

I do think it’s totally fine and cool and healthy to raise these concerns. The network will be stronger bc of it. I just think it’s expected for how young the network is, so I just can’t get too riled up about it iykwim

thank you for sharing! yes, in a way we are in-between--the hill to climb for TT, IG are SO much harder than fc it's ridiculous :S
