in Japan, it's socially acceptable and even seen as a sign of dedication to fall asleep in public places, such as on the train or in the office. known as inemuri (å±…çœ ã‚Š), this practice translates to "sleeping while being present." it reflects that the person is tired from working hard, and in some contexts, it is even seen as a sign of diligence and commitment.

In corporate America, if you do this in the break room you go to HR. But in the car, no HR🫡
