the remaining caveat would be incentivising the submission of ideas to begin with. One way we could tackle that—welcome ideas from people without the pressure of executing them
we could try this with Rounds, I imagine for each proposer there are probably 10 people with an idea but no interest or ability to execute, however they could be rewarded for seeding the community with an idea
