How to see how many Brave bookmarks you have: Open the mobile app > Overflow menu (3 vertical dots in the bottom right navigation bar) > "Bookmarks"

It'd be great if there was a way to view your number of bookmarks on desktop.

Brave should also create a way to back up the saved sites from "Site search" the same way you can export and save bookmarks.

I discovered you can create @brave bookmarks to open a folder of bookmarks 🤯

This is perfect for saving a collection of sites as a "workspace" of things actively working on so that you can quickly reopen by typing in the bookmark to the workspace from the address bar.

For example I created a bookmark for my "Main" workspace that I can quickly close and reopen from the Brave address bar by typing in "Main workspace..." and then enter.

I have a similar and simple idea to access all bookmarks and custom quick searches from Android home screen directly by replacing the Google widget (Not possible on Pixel's OS as far as I know) with a Brave search connected to all of the above.

I'll likely need to switch to a truly open source OS like Graphene.

I opted into the Brave ads with $BAT back in 2017 or 2018. It was mostly pop up ads which is to distracting for me. I tried again ~2020 but would rather have as clean of an experience as possible so that's disabled for me.

$BAT could be useful if reconfigured to reward good content similar to what $DEGEN and @moxie.eth are working on.

Spoke to founder of Brave last week. I thought basic attention token had so much promise at the time. Apart from the bookmarks were you ever into that aspect?
