Anything can be a Gua Sha 🖊️ The physical therapist in 2018 that helped me get into running taught me about using a Gua Sha (Tool from Asian medicine) to gently massage tendons, muscles, fascia, etc. It's helped me continue running the last 7 years working on my ankle, knee, and hip. After accidentally smashing 4 stone Gua Shas on the way to Southeast Asia last year I decided to test using a pen as a Gua Sha which has worked well using the same techniques.
