Acupuncture has been a great tool to get back into my running and strength training and reduce pain and potentially reduce inflammation. Sometimes when I'm laying on the table flat on my back I don't feel "grounded" and feel dizzy or like I'm falling. I'm going to explore a new technique to visualize physical places I enjoy. They can be streets in cities I vividly remember walking dozens of times, cafes, coworking spaces, homes, etc. My theory is thinking about physical spaces may make me feel more grounded or it could just be a useful distraction.

It's a similar feeling as to when I'm about to fall asleep on a plane and my body jolts awake. https://x.com/adamshurwitz/status/1808290312667947400
