The US have spent over $8 trillion on foreign wars since 9/11, according to the Cost of War project at Brown University (https://watson.brown.edu/costsofwar/figures/2021/BudgetaryCosts). That's excluding future interest and indirect economic costs, such as macroeconomic impacts or opportunity costs of foregone investment. It's also more than one full year of U.S. federal budget ($6.75 trillion in 2024 — of which 12.6% was military spending).
